Heard Sri Adesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State and also perused the material available on record.

By means of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has invoked inherent jurisdiction of the Court with a prayer to quash the charge-sheet bearing No.412 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020 as well as summoning order dated 16.12.2020 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Meerut and the entire criminal proceedings of Sessions Case No.2076 of 2020, (State Vs. Satish & Others) arising out of Case Crime No.371 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504, 506, 325 I.P.C. and Sections 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station- Incholi, District- Meerut. It has further been prayed that further proceedings of the aforesaid case be also stayed.

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. It has also been prayed that a direction be issued to the court below to consider and decide the bail application of the applicants expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the above, relief as prayed for in the application is refused.

However, considering the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, it is provided that in case, the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously.
