Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This Crl. Misc. application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of S.T. No. 315 of 2020 (State vs. Jagram Rajpoot) arising out of Case Crime No. 763 of 2017 under Section 4/5 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908 Police Station Kalyanpur District Kanpur Nagar in pursuant to charge sheet dated 27.1.2018 and further be pleased to quash the charge sheet as well as cognizance order dated 15.02.2018 passed by Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kanpur Nagar.

The sole prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant is to direct the court below to decide the discharge application within limited period.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the applicant to move an application for discharge within fifteen days and the court below to decide aforesaid discharge application in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed off.
