The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking to quash the non-bailable warrant dated 08.03.2021 issued by Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 03, Meerut in S.T. No. 918 of 2014 (State of U.P. Vs. Amit Kausik and others) under Sections 364, 452, 380, 457, 120B, 109, 114, 395, 376, 342, 368 IPC P.S. T.P. Nagar, District Meerut pending in the court of Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 03, Meerut.

Counsel for the applicant, at the very outset, fairly submits that the necessary ingredients for invocation of the provisions under section 482 Cr.P.C. are not made out in the facts of the case. He accordingly submits that he does not wish to press the reliefs, as prayed for, in the application. The reliefs sought in the present application are therefore not entertained.

Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant would submit to the jurisdiction of the court below and seek recall of the order dated 08.03.2021 in terms of which non-bailable warrant has been issued.
