In compliance of order dated 7.10.2021, the Small Causes Court, Gorakhpur has sent its report dated 18.10.2021 is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The prayer made by the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the learned Judge, Khafifa, Gorakhpur to decide the Small Causes Case No. 71 of 2019, (Gorakh Prasad Vs. Devendra Shekhar), District Gorakhpur within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Khafifa, Gorakhpur to decide the Small Causes Case No. 71 of 2019, (Gorakh Prasad Vs. Devendra Shekhar), District Gorakhpur in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order,if there is no legal impediment.
In case an adjournment is sought by either of the parties, the same shall be considered with heavy cost.
