The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"To set aside judgement and order of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Banda on 23.05.2019 passed and other of Additional District Judge Banda order dated 04.02.2020 to this petition respectively."
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
This order is passed in the presence of learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for respondents.
It is made clear that no liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition for the relief sought in the present petition.
