Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to set aside the order dated 31.10.2020 passed by respondent No.1/District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar in Misc. Case (Transfer Application) No.232 of 2020 (Rajendra & another Vs. Udal and others).

It appears from perusal of the record that various allegations were made by the petitioners against the Presiding Officer in the Transfer Application. The aforesaid application was rejected vide judgment and order dated 31.10.2020.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners made a request to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh transfer application before the Competent Court only to the extent that both the suits namely Original Suit No.543 of 2020 as well as Original Suit No.143 of 2020 clubbed today and decide by a Common Order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioners to move an application, only to extent to clubbed both the suits namely Original Suit No.543 of 2020 as well as Original Suit No.143 of 2020 and decide by a Common Order, along with a self attested
