By the instant petition, petitioners seek the following relief:
“to issue a direction/ writ of mandamus commanding the Respondent/ Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandausi at Sambhal, District Sambhal to decide the Case No. 51 of 2021 (Smt. Shivangi Gupta Vs. Jatin Varshney) by fixing an early date, filed by the petitioners U/s 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
