By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“ Direct to court below to decide application under Order Vi Rule 17 r/w Section 151 C.P.C. dated 21.12.2020 forthwith which is pending in Original Suit No. 109 of 2020 (Smt. Santola Devi vs. Ram Naresh and others).”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
