The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division-3), Gorakhpur to decide the Suit No.475 of 2004 (New Number 1755 of 2017) (Smt. Bhili Devi and others Vs. Smt. Madhuri Yadav and others) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforesaid Suit in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
