This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(I). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 2/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, Jaunpur to take the appropriate action the application of the petitioner."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we grant liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, Jaunpur ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today along with a copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall look into the matter personally and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
