Petitioner is permitted to implead Controller of Examination of the respondent no.2 University as respondent no.4, during the course of the day. Notice of behalf of newly impleaded respondent has also been accepted by Sri Rohit Pandey appearing for the respondent University.

Petitioner claims to have appeared as an ex-student in the B.Ed. Examination 2015. Her grievance is that her result has not been declared so far.

While entertaining the writ petition, Sri Rohit Pandey appearing for the University was allowed time to obtain instructions. Instructions have been received from the respondent University, according to which petitioner's details as against the roll number specified in the petition could not be traced. Sri Pandey appearing for the University states that as the petitioner is an ex-student, she may furnish details of her regular B.Ed. course including roll number etc. and the University would immediately process her claim and do the needful.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that necessary information would be furnished forthwith.

In view of the stand taken by the parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to furnish all details of her regular course as a B.Ed. student before the Controller of Examination of the University, alongwith a copy of this order, within three weeks from today. The University shall, in terms of the stand so taken before this Court, proceed to examine the records and do the needful, within a further period of six weeks, thereafter.
