The grievance of the petitioner is that paddy was sold by the petitioner but its remuneration was not provided in connection with which an application/complaint dated 27.7.2019 (Annexure 7 to the petition) has been made to the District Magistrate, Fatehpur, on which no decision has been taken.
The prayer in this petition is that a direction be issued to the 2nd respondent (District Magistrate, Fatehpur) to decide the petitioner's application/complaint dated 27.7.2019.
Learned Standing counsel has stated that the decision on such an application can be taken by the 3rd respondent (District Purchase Officer/Additional District Magistrate, Fatehpur) and, therefore, this petition may be disposed off by requiring the 3rd respondent to take a decision on the application/complaint of the petitioner.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, we deem it proper to dispose off the petition by providing that in case the petitioner files a copy of the representation/complaint dated 27.7.2019 along with copy of this petition within two weeks from today before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent shall take a reasoned decision on the same in the next three weeks.
