The issue involved in this petition for writ is no more res integra in the light of the judgement dated 14th January, 2020 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 387 of 2020.
In the case aforesaid, a division bench of this Court declined to interfere with the order dated 17th July, 2018 which was passed on circular letter dated 17th January, 2018 describing guidelines given by the Union of India with regard to the allotment of regimental shops. In the instant matter too, renewal of shop allotted to the petitioner was not made in the light of guidelines referred above.
In view of whatever stated above, the instant petition for writ is also dismissed in terms of judgment dated 14th January, 2020 given in Writ-C No. 387 of 2020.
