The present petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner had appeared in the High School Examination in the year 2005 and her result was declared in June, 2005. A copy of the mark-sheet has been filed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition.
The sole contention of counsel for the petitioner is that she was very bright student, however, she has been awarded less marks due to negligence of the examiner, that alone being the ground, cannot be a ground for exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition, being devoid of merits, is dismissed more so as the matter pertains to the results declared in the year 2005.
