After some argument, Sri Amresh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition to file fresh writ petition annexing therewith challan of the deposit of 25 per cent amount for the grant of free hold rights in respect of house in question as per prevalent Government Policy under the Government Order and in the light of the Full Bench judgement of this Court in the case of Anand Kumar Sharma v. State of U.P. and Others 2014 (2) ADJ 742.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
