Record reveals that a Revision was filed against the order dated 11.06.2013 passed by the Deputy Collector, District Firozabad in proceeding under Section 176 of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act and that the same was pending since the year 2013.
Under such circumstances without going into the merits of the case it is being directed that the revision being Revision No. 69 of 2013 (Balram Vs. Sri Raj Kumar & Others) be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy is to be duly certified by the counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
