Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has a civil dispute. He has made allegations that the respondent no.7, police authority is harassing him but from the report before us it is revealed that some private parties of the Village are making complaints against him.
We leave it open to the petitioner to raise his grievances before the appropriate forum as this is a civil dispute.
We are not inclined to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in such a matter.
The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
