This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide copy of agreement of the loan of garments provided to the petitioner under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Loan Yojana and also to provide the statement of Bank Loan Account No. 0355008700007953 of the petitioner and also to return the ten blank signed Cheque Nos. 083491 to 083500 to the petitioner which has taken by the respondent no. 2.from the petitioner in illegal manner, and also to issue passbook of the aforesaid loan account of the petitioner and also to provide copy of the insurance policy along with the receipt of payment of insurance premium, to the petitioner expeditiously within stipulated period."

After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction may be issued to the respondent-Bank to provide a copy of the agreement dated 12.6.2017 with respect to loan, executed between the petitioner and the bank, statement of the loan account, passbook of the loan account, a copy of the insurance policy and receipt of insurance premium.

Mr. Dharmendra Vaish, learned counsel for the Bank has stated that he has no objection in providing the aforesaid documents except the blank cheques issued by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondentBank to provide the aforesaid documents namely a copy of the agreement dated 12.6.2017 with respect to loan executed between the petitioner and the respondent-Bank, statement of the loan account, passbook of the loan account, a copy of the insurance policy and receipt of insurance premium to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today.

With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
