The defect, if any, pointed out by the Stamp Reporter may be rectified by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
When certain demarcation were being made and the petitioner's objections was not being considered on the ground that they were not in accordance with the Rules, the instant writ petition was filed.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had filed the objections in accordance with the relevant Rules and they may, therefore be considered.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the objection filed by the petitioner be considered and decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. This order shall be certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
