This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the name of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 and 4 to make an inquiry against the respondent no. 5, 6 and 7 for misusing the public fund which should be used for the construction of the road and drainage etc. of the village Dahar, Sururpur Khurd, Tehsil Sardhana, District Meerut."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Azad Rai, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Gaon Sabha and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, District Magistrate ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today along with a copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall look into the matter and do the needful after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties in accordance with law.
