This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authorities particularly respondent no. 4 to pay the due amount of Rs. 1,50, 000/- + interest upto date to the petitioner for the onstruciton work of bolder lining and other constrution work Gauri Rajbaha (Grampanchayat Maldah Development Block sahabganj Tehsil Chakia District Chandauli) on 4.760 kilometer nad the work of Ag. no. 60/ae5.2012-13 for the financial year 2012-13 within some stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble court."
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter at length has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No.3, ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today along with a copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law after examining the entire matter by a speaking and reasoned order within three weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
