Impugned notice dated 24.2.2020 is consequential to the order of eviction passed against the petitioner on 25.1.2020, as such, the order of eviction and damages passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is appealable. No such appeal, however, has been filed. In such circumstances, no interference in the matter is warranted.
It is, however, provided that in the event an appeal is preferred by the petitioner within 4 weeks from today before the competent authority against the order dated 25.1.2020, the same shall be entertained and dealt with in accordance with law.
Subject to the observations made above, writ petition stands disposed of.
