Petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment is pending before respondent no. 3. Since a final decision has not been taken for sufficiently long, petitioner is before this Court.
Sri J.S. Pandey holding brief of Sri Maneesh Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
