Sri Shivniket Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed a withdrawal application supported by an affidavit of the petitioner stating therein that due to certain subsequent developments the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.
The withdrawal application is allowed.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands dismissed accordingly.
