After a brief submission learned counsel for the petitioner proposes to file a revision before the State Government under Section 41(3) of U.P Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 to challenge the order dated 27.2.2020 passed by the Chairman, Kanpur Development Authority under Section 15(5) of the Act, 1973.
In view of the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
