A training cum offer letter is stated to have been issued to the petitioner on 24.2.2020 under the authority of respondent no.2. It is alleged that though petitioner has submitted requisite records but he has not been allowed to resume training. In such circumstances, petitioner has already approached the authorities concerned but since no orders have been passed the petitioner is before this Court.
Sri Abhishek Srivastava, Advocate who has appeared for respondent nos.2 to 5 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states that grievance of the petitioner would be examined and appropriate orders would be passed by the authority competent, in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to examine petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that that in case petitioner's claim is accepted, necessary consequential orders would be passed by the authority concerned without any further loss of time.
