The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time which is pending before him.
ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to make payments all dues to the petitioner with interest as available."
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the claim of the petitioner for grant of Assured Career Progression shall be duly attended to and considered by the respondent no.2 and appropriate order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
Accordingly and in view of the statement so made which is recorded and accepted, this writ petition is disposed of.
