Sri O.P.S. Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition at this stage.
However, in view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry proceedings. In case the petitioner does not cooperate with the enquiry, the enquiry proceedings may go on in accordance with law.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
