This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"1. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3, Secretary, UP Basic Shiksha Parishad Prayagraj to allow the petitioner. It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue an ad-interim mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3, Secretary, U.P. Basic Shiksha Parishad Prayagraj to allow the petitioner to correct the error in Colum, Marks Obtained in High School 317 in place of 371 in on line application form fill up by the petitioner for Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2019 & permit to participate in counselling for appointment in allotted district ."
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent, Shri Akhilesh Chandra Srivastava, has raised a preliminary objection that in an identical matter by means of the judgement and order dated 8.7.2020 passed in Writ-A No. 4677 of 2020, a bunch of writ petitions had been dismissed by this Court.
It is not disputed by the petitioner that the facts of the present case are identical to that Writ-A No. 4677 of 2020.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed in terms of the judgement and order dated 8.7.2020 passed in Writ-A No. 4677 of 2020.
