This contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 22.6.2020 which directs the parties to maintain status quo regarding the possession of the disputed plots.
Though it is alleged that the order dated 22.6.2020 has been violated yet the petition is silent about possession being disturbed of the parties over the plots in question. Mere fact that certain mutation entries have been made would not amount to disobedience of the above order, as no allegation is made about possession being disturbed.
The contempt petition is dismissed.
