Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.K. Verma learned counsel holding brief of Sri Ravindra Singh who appears for the respondent No. 2 and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent states on instructions that the entire withheld dues which according to the said respondent are admittedly due and payable to the petitioner shall be released alongwith admissible rate of interest within a period of four months from today.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. Accordingly this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
