Grievance is that though petitioners have appeared for appointment pursuant to the advertisement dated 15.3.2018 for Assistant Teacher ( Trained Graduate Grade Men/ Women Branch) Examination, 2018, yet the result has not been declared.
Court is informed by Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Commission that on account of various allegations received against the conduct of examination, on SIT was constituted which has submitted its report. The Commission has now taken a decision to declare the result of applicants after excluding those whose involvement has surfaced in SIT report and charge-sheet is also submitted against them. It is stated that the process is going on and result is likely to be declared within a month.
In view of the stand taken by the Commission before this Court, this writ petition stands disposed of requiring the Commission to act in pursuance of its undertaking and declare the result of the Examination within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
