Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satyam Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State respondent states that the order impugned suffers from evident and manifest mistakes and that although it was partly corrected, it still suffers from inherent mistakes and errors. He consequently states that the Director, Local Bodies shall withdraw that order forthwith subject to liberty being reserved to pass fresh orders.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
