An affidavit of compliance has been filed today in terms of which it is disclosed that the petitioner has been reinstated on 18 February 2020. It is further averred that consequential benefits have been duly computed and the computation chart has been forwarded to the competent authority in the State Government for approval. Sri Rai, learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the sums as computed and payable as consequential benefits shall be released in favour of the petitioner on or before 25 March 2020. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
The petition stands disposed of.
