Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajmani Yadav for the Corporation and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Sri Rajmani Yadav appearing for the Municipal Corporation on instructions states that subject to verification of all facts the amounts towards retiral benefits which are admittedly due and payable shall be released within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
Accordingly this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
