Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Mohit Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4 and 6 and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition may be confined to the claim for payment of arrears of salary pursuant to the recommendations made by the 5th and the 6th Pay Commissions, bonus from 2003-04 to 2013-14 and provident fund. He states that the claim of interest is forgone.
Sri Mohit Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4 and 6 states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open that claim shall be duly evaluated and a final decision thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition and its disclosure.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
