Heard Sri Kamlesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.K. Misra, learned counsel appearing for contesting respondents.

By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a relief against the order dated 06.02.2018 passed by respondent no. 3 directing for recovery from the salary of the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 2,000/- per month to meet the total recovery of Rs.1,02,416/-.

It is argued by Sri Misra appearing for the contesting respondents that the petitioner is a contract employee and therefore, he can raise his grievance before the Arbitral Panel constituted by the U.P.S.R.T.C. in every region.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Arbitral Panel of his concerned region and which according to Sri Misra is working at the moment, within a period of three weeks from today and in the event such an application is filed, the Arbitral Panel shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in the light of provisions as contained under the Agreement entered between him and the respondent Corporation and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months.
