In compliance of earlier order passed by this Court, original records pertaining to the application submitted by the petitioner for the Mains examination of U.P. Civil Services has been produced by the learned counsel for the Public Service Commission.
From the records it transpires that the petitioner had submitted certificate of other backward classes which bears his photograph, issued in his favour by the competent authority/ Tehsildar dated 11th July, 2016 bearing Certificate No.644163017884.
The original records have also been duly perused by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he could not dispute the same.
In such circumstances, I do not find any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Consigned to records.
The original records are returned to the learned counsel for the Public Service Commission.
