Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
In compliance of earlier order of this Court dated 08.12.2020, Sri Manoj Kumar Gupta, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri M.N.Singh, learned counsel for the U.P. Public Service Commission has placed instructions before this Court and the same is taken on record.
According to instructions, the petitioner has obtained 30.18 quality point marks whereas cut of marks of the two sets of appointment, in which the petitioner had applied, were 40.01 and 40.42.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has got rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
