From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the notices under Section 210 and 211 of Uttar Pradesh Nagar Palika Adhiniyam, 1916 and under the relevant Sections of Sarkari Sampatti Adhiniyam had already been issued by the respondent no.3 Nagar Palika Parishad, Jaunpur to respondent no.4, but despite the aforesaid notices having been issued by the respondent no.3, nothing has been done till date.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the respondent no.3, Nagar Palika Parishad, Jaunpur to take appropriate action in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to respondent no.4. It is expected that the respondent no.3 shall proceed with the matter expeditiously in pursuance of the aforesaid notices.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
