Learned counsel for the appellants has not been able to satisfy the Court as to how the present appeal under Section 19 of The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is maintainable against the order dated 12.2.2020 whereby the Contempt Application (Civil) No. 5028 of 2017 filed by the appellant has been dismissed.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
