The present Public Interest Litigation has been filed, interalia, for the following relief:
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the status of the land of pond standing over Gata No. 3634, 3635, 3636, 3626 and 3653 newly numbered as 2780, 2786, 2787 and 2778 and Gata No. 3331/1 newly numbered as 2321Ka area 1 bigha 2 biswa and 2321 kha area 5 biswa 15 dhur situated at Village Mauaima, Pargana & Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj."
Heard Ms. Gunjan Jadwani, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we grant liberty to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the concerned District Magistrate for redressal of his grievance. In case, any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously after hearing the concerned parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the present public interest litigation is finally disposed of.
