By means of habeas corpus writ petition, the petitioners seek to challenge the order dated 20.2.2020 passed by the respondent no.4, Child Welfare Committee under Section 37 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children ) Act, 2015.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record, it appears that the order passed by the respondent no.4, Child Welfare Committee is appelable under Section 101 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children ) Act, 2015.
We, therefore, do not find it proper to entertain the habeas corpus writ petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed .
