Sri Ajay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal as the valuation of the appeal is below Rs. 2 lakhs. As per the policy dated 13.10.2016 issued by the State of Uttar Pradesh amending the State litigation policy, it has been decided not to contest cases in which valuation is less than Rs. 2 lakhs.
