Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Present criminal revision has been preferred against the impugned judgment dated 30.01.2020 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh in Case No. 457 of 2015 (Smt. Babli Vs. Omprakash @ Ompal) whereby the court below has partly allowed the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. moved by the opposite party and directed the revisionist to pay a sum of Rs. 4,000/- per month as maintenance to the opposite party from the date of order.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question as well as perused the order impugned and finds that the maintenance has rightly been accorded to the wife. The Court does not find any infirmity or illegality in the order impugned so as to make interference in this revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C.
Consequently, present criminal revision fails and is accordingly dismissed.
