The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 14.11.2019 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj in Criminal Case No.2082 of 2017 (State v. Shiv Nath Singh & Ors.) arising out of Case Crime No.808 of 2016 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 IPC P.S. Tirwa, Distt. Kannauj.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that meanwhile the applicants have been enlarged on bail by the competent court and as such he does not want to press the present application.
In view of above, present application is dismissed as not pressed.
