Impleadment application No. 3 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020 has been moved by the revisionist for impleadment of Adhikshika Rajkiya Mahila Sharanalya, Ghantaghar, Gorakhpur as opposite party No. 3 in the array of the parties.
Cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of impleadment application is sufficient.
The impleadment application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the revisionist is permitted to incorporate Adhikshika Rajkiya Mahila Sharanalya, Ghantaghar, Gorakhpur as opposite party No. 3 in the array of the parties during the course of the day.

This criminal revision under section 102 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 has been preferred against the order dated 12.09.2019 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Maharajganj in Case No. 136 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No. 410 of 2019, under sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, police station Kotwali, district Maharajganj, whereby the victim Ritika has been sent to Rajkiya Mahila Sharanalaya, Ghantaghar, Gorakhpur as well as the order dated 20.12.2019 passed by Sessions Judge, Maharajganj in Criminal Appeal No. 60 of 2019 (Ramsumer vs State of U.P.), whereby the appeal filed by Ramsumer (alleged husband of victim) has been dismissed.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the
revisionist submitted that on account of some defects, he does not want to press this revision at this stage and he may be permitted to withdraw this revision with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
In view of statement made by Mr. Parmeshwar Yadav, learned counsel for the revisionist at the bar, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return the certified copy, if any, to the learned counsel for the revisionist after retaining photostat copy of the same on record as per rules within three days.
