Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.
The present revision has been filed assailing the validity of the impugned judgement and order dated 21.11.2019 passed by Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court-01, Agra (Smt. Anshi v. Shashwat Singhal) in Case No.46/2017 under Section 125 CrPC P.S. Chatta, Agra.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and finds that the judgement and order passed by the court below does not suffers from any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error requiring any interference by this court. The revision lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed.
Hence the present revision is accordingly dismissed.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the revisionist alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
