The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 16.10.2019 passed by Addl. Session Judge, Court No.11, Saharanpur Distt. Saharanpur in Sessions Trial No.78 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No.493 of 2016 (State of U.P. v. Rakesh & Ors.) under Section 306 and 498-A IPC, P.S. Rampur Maniharan, Distt. Saharanpur.
At the very outset, learned AGA has raised objection on the ground that against the order impugned the applicant has efficacious remedy to file revision and as such present application is liable to be dismissed.
Confronted with this, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the present application.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. The office is directed to return the certified copy of the order impugned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the applicant alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
