Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh Parmar, learned counsel for the revisionist, Smt. Annapurna Devi holding brief of Sri Rajeev Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 01.01.2019 passed by learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, (D.A.A.), Kannauj in Criminal Appeal No. 18 of 2018 as well as order dated 05.10.2018 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Kannauj in application of the revisionist for releasing him on bail in Case Crime No. 503 of 2018 under Section 394, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj.

As per the allegations made in the F.I.R. which was lodged against two accused persons, namely Sibbu Singh (revisionist herein) and Bhole Pandey, on 07.06.2018, they looted Rs. 2050/-, some gold and silver ornaments from the house of the complainant. As per the report of District Probation Officer, there are no chances of the revisionist of coming into association of any criminal. He has also stated that there are chances of improvement if he is released on bail and is in supervision of his parents. Applicant is languishing in jail since 08.06.2018. It is next submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the co-accused - Bhole @ Bhola Pandey has already been granted bail on 09.10.2018 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 38804 of 2018, copy of which has been passed in Court today is taken on record. Therefore, the revisionist is also liable to be enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 01.01.2019 passed by learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, (D.A.A.), Kannauj in Criminal Appeal No. 18 of 2018 as well as order dated 05.10.2018 passed by learned Principal

Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Kannauj in application of the revisionist for releasing him on bail in Case Crime No. 503 of 2018 under Section 394, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned during pendency of this revision.
